Warrior "buff" in 2.1: not what we are expecting?

I actually think all of the warrior changes were excellent. The 2.0 WAR kit is simply lacking. After the 2.1 both tanks will be viable with advantages/disadvantages for each.

In regards to the "blurring" between PLD and WAR... that isn't the problem, that was the solution. Post-patch, their abilities have different forms but similar functions, which is the best way to maintain the identity of each class while equalizing job performance.
