The reduce damage should be removed, and instead increase the healing amount.

This pallyfies us, but I'm not complaining. It's nice to have 1 good damage reduce cooldown.

I wonder how they thought this change made sense. Instead we should get the health if the mob dies 1-2 seconds after use.

Thrill of Battle
Great.

Defiance
This is the most important change and really lets us use our wraith more then just "oh shit" situations.

Inner Beast
I prefer the old inner beast and would rather get health then the damage reduction.

Steel Cyclone
Still won't use.
