    It was either nerf PLDs down to WAR levels or buff WAR to PLD levels. They chose to buff.

    This is very much needed and in no way makes WAR 'OP'. We currently have no significant pro-active defensive abilities when compared to PLD.

    The change to IB still promotes intelligent management of Wrath stacks even more so than it did before. Spending/building Wrath will be much more meaningful now.     A free of cost AoE snap threat move that looks great, it was next to useless before hand. Over Power is a frontal cone, Steel Cyclone hits everything around you, it's a quality of life change as well.

    You may be sitting pretty now that you're wearing a majority of level 90 pieces but PLDs were doing what you're doing now in full Darklight with far less effort and stress on the group.

    I havent really touch my WAR since I lvled PLD but With these Changes, It motivates me to MT Tank on My WAR again. Want to knock off the rust so that I'll be ready when these changes take affect. This shows You and The Dev Team are listening to the Community. I've always loved Warrior, and although PLD are better tanks, I had way more fun playing WAR. Thank you Yoshida!!!

    Most of changes sound good, but SE are making the warriors a mitigation, than a self healing tank, I like the original idea “the harder you hit, the more heal take”, at least in my opinion they should improved the self healing abilities and add more things in this line.

    I didn’t like the InnerBeast change and than Steel Cyclone has no mayor fixes, for me it should be a ability than use Tp, since the warrior is suppose to be more like a multiple mob control tank, having a improved version of overpower will fit more with the class, (at least in my opinion. )

    But well let’s see how it works in the full picture.

    I love how a ton of idiots in this thread completely forget about WARs massive healthpool along with these cooldowns.
    Yes. Paladin does still have defensive cooldowns, the WAR has nearly 2 -3K HP more, not to mention alot of these buffs can be kept up more consistently. (as well as 20% constant healing +20% from Covalesence +5% from Mantra)

    One thing I'm kinda upset about is Inner Beast, it was my favourite ability in the game, like doing Inner Beast after a mountain buster was just sooooo satisfying, now it's another part of our rotation.

    One thing to compensate for all this though, should be Storm's Eye's duration being 26 seconds or so, so that it goes down at the same time as Maim, making it more effective to keep up.

    Lots of good fixes, some were really needed, but there are 3 things that should be revised in my opinion:

    1. Overpower already makes a lot of enmity, much more than Flash (which the warrior can use too btw) since it also adds damage, so increasing its enmity even more seems a bit too much.

    2. Vengeance is a skill commonly used to burn down many enemies quickly and keeping hate on them at the same time, so it's not a defensive buff: a 30% damage mitigation seems excessive, 10-15% would be more appropriate.

    3: Mercy Stroke: you decreased its recast time in order to make it easier to use, but in my opinion it would be much better to give it a 1-2 seconds debuff during which, if the enemy dies, you get the HP restoration bonus.

    It's not forgotten. It's just that eHP was the one thing that was already perfectly balanced, and isn't changing, so nobody's bothering to rehash it.

    It's effective healing received and cooldowns that weren't balanced, and now those are coming closer to parity.

    i love the changes overall, but i dont like how inner beast is nerfed now, i love that skill and is the reason why i use my warrior. we're suppose to be a class that self heals damage, but now we're reduced to a paladin, without hallowed.

    i will miss my inner beast.

    Over all I like these changes but looking at these two I quoted.

    It is good to get lower CD on brutal swing but the animation is still way too long. Or rather the time when the skill applies the stun takes way too long. Paladin still has way superior stun compared to this. And I am not bitching that WAR needs exactly same kind of stun. No. Just that the skill applies the stun at least almost instantly.

    Overpower enmity increase makes WP farming easier (as if it needed to be). What I wanted more is overpower TP cost reduce.

    some of this is gonna make war OP compared to pld, i play both war and pld, and i never had issues holding hate as a tank......just had issues getting beat down....increased enmity on defiance and steel cyclone and put healing buff on defiance, seems way overkill......mind posting some of the information about pld changes?
