It's absurd that players can use higher level spells cross-classed. No, I don't think players should be able to sub Cure/Sac 3, top tier nukes etc.

The difference is that when it came time to perform in a group I chose the best possible combination for the situation.

If your priority is to perform the best, then why are you criticizing the ability to equip high level skills from other classes? My character kicks all kinds of ass because I can equip high level skills from all the other clases that I took the time to rank up.
