Same for dragoons. They used to have archer as cross class which was great for raging strikes and straight shot and now they have MRD.
That being said fracture and mercy stroke arent too shabby, considering its coming from a tank.

Ooooops. I actually meant DRG instead of MNK there. I dunno where my brain went.

Anyhow. BRD is probably the only class with two USEFUL subclasses, well, that I played or my wife has. I kind of think they'll switch out LNC from BRD's subclass set and probably make some of its better attacks a cast time.

Hell, its even possible that they mgiht put a cast time on songs and leave the attacks as they are. Either a mildly long cast time or worse, make songs channeled so you have to stand in place and do nothing else except song. However, they'd need to increase song gain on MP/TP etc from that. /shrug
