    I think he's whining because there are some english posts in the thread, but Google translate is really bad going from japanese to english >.<
    The mod is saying to please type in Japanese on the Japanese forums so everyone can try and understand, Mapex is saying he wishes the devs are looking at both JP and NA WAR threads and make good adjustments.
