Raising the bar: Leetism standards and how it affects everyone else

today something happen in my cm run
a new bard just start cm and he watch cutscene,well nobody say anything about that and other player wait him enter boss area before fight
ok thats good right?

here that bad part, at last boss, i realise the bard do nothing aka leeching
so i mad at that bard why he do nothing,guess what happen. 1 of his friend also join run as white mage,suddently the white mage mad at me for yell at that bard to skip cutscene (....i not even say anything about skip cutscene)
then the white mage suddently rage and swear alot and dowan heal me
after run finish the white mage pm me the reason that his friend(the bard) not attack...the reason is the bard dont have darklight gear(WHAT!a bard need DL gear to help buff and attack?)
he also tell me his friend wanna enjoy the game by view all cutscene and do nothing in dungeon. so i ask do nothing is not leeching?then he shut up

idk how to enjoy the game by do nothing
