Correct in allSo, after reading 36 pages, and being one of the victims, can I safely assumed that
1. We re all from 1.0 players. People who purchased 2.0 appears to be problem free, also no problems are found from JP side.
2. We tried to subscribed by Credit Card first. Then, something triggered the "Magic Defense System" @SE, and we all received errors.
3. Upon receiving the error, we automatically obtain a 24 hours bonus of account block.
4. During the effect of 24 hours account block, any forms of payments are not being accepted.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
To live Each day is a Hell of a Miracle
Where did you see/read this?
It seems that way.So, after reading 36 pages, and being one of the victims, can I safely assumed that

Adventure, that's the life for me!
BUMP THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
has this worked for anybody else??Got it! All right, here's the deal. It's a workaround, they still need to fix thier $#!t, but this will get you playing in the mean time:
1) Get a hold of an Ultimate Game Card (best found at Walmart or Gamestop) for, say, $20.
2) Log into Mog Station/SE Account Management and attempt to add crysta with it.
*(99% chance of it giving you an error and rejecting the card - this is just to make a paper trail to be followed)*
3) Contact the VISA operator @ (650) 432-3200, ask for PlaySpan (read: Ultimate Pay)
4) Tell the following rep you attempted but failed at adding Crysta. They will ask you for the PIN of the card and for the email that your game is tied to. When they look it up, they will see your prior attempt - makes it fast and easy for them.
5) Confirm that you want your game card placed onto your FFXIV account.
*(Within 10 minutes, you'll have an email letting you know you've had Crysta added.)*
6) Log into your Square Enix Account Management page, click on "Crysta Passbook", and you'll see the 2,000 crysta added.
7) Continue to Mog Station, and go through the payment process again, this time using the Crysta that is now on your account.
As I said, this is a pain in the butt and roundabout way of doing it (Hopefully you're lucky and can get a digital card from Walmart.com or Gamestop.com), but it will (and has in my case) gotten me back online and playing. In the mean time... SE, get off yer @$$es and fix your payment system!
Good luck to all, hope to see you in the game!
Ya I had the same problem 401 and 601. I got on the online help chat (support desk) and found out that when I bought a digital collectors I already had a collectors because I am a 1.0 player with a collectors copy. So I was told that my 2.0 collectors that I had just bought, I can not add it to my account because I already have a collectors. Square upgraded my 1.0 collectors to 2.0 For free which is very cool but I did not know about it.
Everybody that had a 1.0 Collectors and bought a 2.0 collectors should return there copy before there 30 days are up I just go my money back for mine.
If I did not have the 401 and the 601 errors Square would still have my $49.00.
As much as the error sucked I thank square for the error it saved me $49. Thank You Square
It should be noted that there are many 1.0 players who's payments have gone through with no problems. So, after reading 36 pages, and being one of the victims, can I safely assumed that

Please correct me if I am wrong.
It should also be stressed that if you attempt to make a payment during the 24 hour block it will reset the 24 hour timer
i never bought a second collectors edition so that no the problem that i have
are you sure it's just 24h? I've heard reports of people saying the rep told them they were blocked out for 30 days for trying too many times and that there is nothing the rep can do about it.
Well, all I see is that SE dose not care about us, there is still not any post to explain for the payment system, and what I know so far is that, there is not even ONE JP player had kind of problem, so what we know for now for SE.
