Error 401 and 601 CE Upgrade

Did you guys exit the mogstation and go to the old Square-enix account management page?
I had to do this to get Crysta to work, it does NOT work from the mogstation page link!

Try using the "Add Crysta" option from Square-Enix account, this is the old way to add $ to pay for FFXI.

I've tried this too. Didn't work I'm still getting the same error.

Throwing my name in too. Went to pay using Paypal - Paypal accepted the payment though ultimate pay but SE rejected it. Now I have a transaction my account for the necessary amount of crysta but none on my account. Then within 5 minutes I get an account credit reversal back to my account. So this is definitely not on my end or on the end of Ultimate Pay. It is an SE problem for sure.

Well from the looks of things i won't be playing this game for quite a bit then especially if its like a previous post said and accounts are basically getting 30 day locks from even attempting to purchase time. I wouldn't be as concerned but the lack of even confirmation that this is even happening (not even a fix just a notice that someone in charge has at least put this onto a list of issues) I can't help but be somewhat concerned that not only is this not going to get fixed but this may become a regular issue.

If this doesn't straighten itself out by the end of the week i'll try the "Ultimate Gamer Card" option and failing that i guess I'll just have to wait out the 30 days and see if my card is rejected again.

SE's continuing to shoot themselves in the foot 1st the server login issues 2 or whatever weeks ago and now this

For some odd reason when I linked my PS3 version to my account it added 30 days to my playtime. This is in no way a new account, seeing as it's the account I played 1.0 with, but I guess I can play... for now. Would really like to go ahead and pay for 6 months and get this 401/601 issue resolved.

there is no help at the moment, we have to wait til SE gets off their pompous asses and fixes their payment problem, the ass clowns wont even answer us to say hey they know about it, were are trying to get it resolved
