Error 401 and 601 CE Upgrade

Another victim of error 401 here, also a 1.0 player.

I tried buying cysta directly, but both CC option and using CC through UltimatePay don't work. I hope this is fixed soon :<

OMG. Just sat in the online chat queue since 1pm. 175 people when I started. While #2 in the queue... the message changes to: There are no agents available to chat right now. Please try again later.

well I hope SE gets the point when they see their sub numbers fall like mad. They deserve it.

Yeah, I just tried to log in today to get a message saying I need to activate my sub (which I thought I already had). After trying a few times to put my information in and getting 401'd, I get 601'd and am magically $50 (give or take) short in my bank account. I tried buying both crysta and setting up a reoccurring sub to no avail.

I then proceeded to wait 2+ hours in queue for live chat support only for it to tell me there's no reps available. Now I'm back in at 120 in queue and have to wait another 90 minutes (at best).

If I don't get my money back, I'm going to lose it.

Yeah, not expecting it back. But at least I hope I get the $40 in Crysta from my attempts, even if it still is bull****. But at the moment, my Crysta balance is at a mildly impressive "0."


EDIT (post limit): Now having waited in 2 different queues since around 12pm (EST) today, I've just been told (again for the second time) that there are no reps to talk to at this time. This is insane.

since you got charged the crysta are goign to appeared probably in a day that was common on version 1.0 also, you are on the lucky ones

Just did the Crysta/UltimatePay thing - that appeared to work.

"Square Enix is blocking card services and told us to use the ultimatepay method to get crysta"
