    my bank account was charged a one dollar service fee for each and every failed attempt. I'm seriously upset about that. Its like they stole 5 bucks from me.

    i contacted my bank, i was charged the full 40 dollars for 90 days, I still cant log on, still says I have no account, chat support told me there is nothing they can do, went out and bought 60 dollars in game cards, i get an error putting those is as well, SE STOLE 40 dollars from me and all i get is an error 601

    You would think with the release of GTAV SE would be on top of their game to try and keep people playing.

    Possible Cause:

    Hello people! I got tis error last night when SE tried to charge my account. I was able to contact customer support via phone and spoke with an EU representative (despite being in america) who told me that my problem was that I had tried to pay with a credit card originating from france (im a binational) wheras the ip i was attempting to make a payment from is in the states. This supposedly triggered their fraud alert system and suspended my ability to make payments for 24 hours. It should also be noted that attempting to make consecutive payments can result in a temporary 24 hour block. The 24 hours BEGINS AFTER THE LAST LOGIN ATTEMPT. So if you are attempting every hour or so, you need to stop for 24 hours and try again. If you have been attempting to pay with a credit card originating from a country OTHER than the country of your IP you need to make the payment with a credit card originating from the SAME country as your IP.

    Hopes this helps. Will check in again and try with my american credit card if not post 322 in 6 hour or so.

    EDIT: There are also no game cards in any gamestop near me. The Gamestop representative told me that SE informed them that their gamecards would not arrive til the end of the month. The employee himself told me he was unsubscribing until SE fixes this issue. I had an east coast friend drive out to a gamestop in long island i think and they also have no game cards. If only there was a way to purchase gamecards online...

    i am using my 4 different credit cards from the same country same city, same IP
    tried Paypal and every other way possible and nothing

    i just bought a game on steam with 1 of my cards. Damn SE customer support i hate you so much for being retards

    go and do some correct training or get a different job

    They shouldnt be blocking anyones account cause they f*cked up their payment methods this is SEs fault, not players banks, not the cards they are using, not PRE PAID cards either, how the hell do you decline a pre paid game card, its guaranteed money, SE is the problem here, get it fixed before you flop this game like you flopped 1.0 and lose alot of people for your incompetence.

    So, after reading 36 pages, and being one of the victims, can I safely assumed that

    1. We re all from 1.0 players. People who purchased 2.0 appears to be problem free, also no problems are found from JP side.
    2. We tried to subscribed by Credit Card first. Then, something triggered the "Magic Defense System" @SE, and we all received errors.
    3. Upon receiving the error, we automatically obtain a 24 hours bonus of account block.
    4. During the effect of 24 hours account block, any forms of payments are not being accepted.

    Please correct me if I am wrong.
