    This isn't 2003 anymore, you take the soloability from this game by drastically buffing the mobs and they have completely doomed any hope they have built up over the past few patches. Solo'ing is already slow enough, you have to party post 30 if you really want to level fast and even then it takes a static party doing leve's every 36hrs at every reset plus the correct leve's available like Dunesfolk, Ranine, Levinshower, Verdure, Inferno, Great horay Toads between at least 4 people for leve links with another 4 people for a round 2.

    People are looking at this the wrong way, slow leveling in a modern MMO does NOT WORK. The games challenge should begin once the player hits the level cap, the game should start @ the level cap, getting to the level cap should be pretty accessible imo it should also be a learning experience so you know your class inside and out and are ready to step into the endgame shortly after 50. I think the current pace could be a little better post 30 but its not horrible anymore.

    Behest exp is really deceiving because it dies off a whole lot at LV40 camps under the current rules.

    I really disagree that FFXI was any challenge leveling up if you played the correct jobs, a person who played a BRD/RDM/NIN had a VERY easy time getting to 75(when it was the cap) over someone who was doing THF or DRK, DRG, that model was poor at best.
