I can see this thread became a full troll with people not making the difference between going AFK while grinding and that full parties are made with AFK'ers and just one grinding for everyone.
What's the next posts? People bot in this game then 20 pages of spam with troll saying "it's ok to bot because the crafting system sucks?" Indeed it does, but 2 wrongs never made 1 right. just so you know.
Neither is the board. Go play a bit more instead of trying to talk about stuff you probably never encountered in this game and try to compare to XI.
Edit:
Worse is that some of these people using the lazy-afk-parties-leveling is when they act as if they were some kind of l33t because they have 3~4 DOW/M jobs at 50. And adding a system to prevent this will end up hurting everyone but the people who actually make these AFK parties, so it's pointless.I'm a legitimate player and it's not hurting me at all. I don't care if people have levels they didn't earn, that's on them. I know I earned my levels, I'm okay with that. I don't really care what other players do, that's their business if they want to be an R50 who doesn't know anything about the game. I'll just never group with them. No matter what the system in place is there will always be a way around it. If you have to use some action every 3 mobs people will either bot or just semi-afk and do the bare minimum.
Putting in a system to prevent afk leveling may not hurt me either depending on how it's done but I'd rather them just leave it as it is instead of having the potential to screw it up and hurt legitimate players more.

Oh no! Not someone playing how they want to play, having fun AND pride in what they've done! THAT IS WORSE.Worse is that some of these people using the lazy-afk-parties-leveling is when they act as if they were some kind of l33t because they have 3~4 DOW/M jobs at 50. You know they make "BList" for a reason. You can cut those people right out of your life forever. Problem solved.
Next argument.

Good advice. /blist Shai. one less troll.
oh hohoho says the troll himself. /blist panda taru. seriously grow up. He wasn't trolling you he was stating that as a solution for you to pay less attention to the afk leveler's. The thing is do they talk to you? do they kill your leve quest mobs? No? Then they can play the game how they want not how you want them to play. Get over yourself A game is meant for people to play how they, or the developers want them to play, not how some other player tell's them how they should play, unless it is constructive to help them play better.

Yes well that is if people actually disappeared from my screen while leveling or running around. That however work on the board, so yes /blist Shia.
Please before posting a comment by just looking at two comments, read the actually 20 pages he posted in trying to debunk everyone calling out on AFK leveling probably because he does that and tries to make it look "ok". Even if it's not against the TOS, it's still pretty lame and having too many of those give a bad image to the game overall. Oh, wait sorry, I forgot, you're replying to help your friend. I feel sorry for you kid.

I'm not "probably" doing it. I'm admittedly doing it. I don't see anything wrong with it.Yes well that is if people actually disappeared from my screen while leveling or running around. That however work on the board, so yes /blist Shia.

Defending my opinion and my right to enjoy a game within the confines of the terms of service and mechanics built by the developers is not trolling. You can /blist me. It doesn't hurt my feelings. How you spend your time on a forum or in a game to enjoy yourself has nothing to do with me, so you can cut me right out. I don't take it personally. I BList all kinds of people who I have no desire to play with or read or think about. That's why the feature exists.
I'm not telling anyone they have to like it.
I'm telling them to just ignore it and play the game how they like to play the game.
And that they shouldn't presume to tell me how to play a game when I'm following all the rules and I'm not hurting, inconveniencing or otherwise griefing any other player.
