Make an Achievements interface ingame.

The steamworks thread got me thinking about this. I dont particularly think I would care if the PS3 version had steamworks or not, But I do believe that the game needs a way to view your achievements in game.

The system is already there. Just implement a simple UI to see them and maybe compare them. Also a simple "You have earned this achievement" on the screen would do wonders for game play. It would add motivation to play and a nice sense of achievement, go figure right? Why do you think there are some many achievement and trophy fanatics on consoles, even among the casuals? I can almost guarantee that most casual gamers that play FFXIV do not know that it even have achievements because they are nowhere to be found in game.

Make a UI for them. Like every other modern MMO.

Ya i Agree. Make it when you enter a LIGHT PARTY. WHAMMY its in your face. Would be cool so see that.

i agree, i literally had no clue we even got achievements until my linkshell mentioned them a few days ago. I was searching for the interface in game for them haha, but they told me it was on lodestone...lame.

I agree with this. It's a relatively simple fix for a big problem.

I agree. I've been telling them since Alpha for more on-screen indicators for various aspects of the game. An in-game UI for viewing achievements is a must-have, imo. When they start messing around with stuff like this, i hope they do titles too.

Yes definitely And I agree with the titles too they really let people know what YOU are most proud of since you can choose it. Really liked in in FFXI.

Yeah YoshiP actually said they were considering adding titles. Now how will we see them? In XI we were seeing title when we checked someone's bazaar, but in XIV I have hardly "checked" anyone

Agree with this, although considering the achievements are on the lodestone the devs probably have this planned at some point.
