    No one here is, but a quick look at the forums and you can easily find many threads calling for the jobs of anyone associated with this launch or even class action lawsuits. Trust me, I totally understand being a little upset..heck everyone is certainly entitled to that right when you have trouble logging in. However, some of it is excessive and downright childish.

    Here is a little bit of a comparison from people who are mad about SE selling them a product/service and not delivering. I used to work for a large Cable Company who provided high speed internet service. That company sold a product and a service...and no it didn't work ALL the time. There are a reason that cable techs..and I.T. specialists have a job...its because this stuff isn't fool proof and it does require maintenance and troubleshooting.

    If my cable or satellite goes out, that does not entitle me to the right of a class action lawsuit. I am sure hidden in the agreement that everyone had to agree to..it says something to the effect of the online service is not guaranteed to work 24/7 365 days a year and that at times there will be problems.

    All I am saying is to have a little patience..if you or anyone else wants to complain than go for it if that's what you want to do. Just know that it looks childish and makes anyone doing it look like a loser who cannot get off their PC for more than a few hours.

    The same thing happened with Hiromichi Tanaka during 1.0. People were asking for his head on a platter when he was trying to share artistic vision. I realized his vision didn't exactly turn out to be the greatest thing ever, but the original game did have good points and there was fun to be had. People aren't taught to handle situations in a calm, rational manner. Most would rather emulate a TV sitcom where it seems to be more fun to make trouble for everyone.

    People have a right to complain when a product isn't as advertised. And no it's not childish or "entitled" (which people LOVE to throw around without warrant). Patience only goes so far when everyone states; "It's only closed beta.. get over it and get some patience", "It's only open beta.. get over it and get some patience", "Hey it's only launch week.. get over it and get some patience", "Hey it's only the first couple of months.. get over it and get some patience".

    It just doesn't work out. We'll see if Square does fix anything this week but if it doesn't work out then I am curious to see what peoples attitudes will be like .
