    Yes it sucks and no one is happy with it but you have two types of people. People who are whiney and entitled and people who understand this happens with every MMO launch and a little patience goes a long way. Come tomorrow there should be a fix to the issue and everyone can put their boxes of Kleenex away.

    I can't see what they are doing is going to solve this issue, but hey I'm no expert. I will just cross my fingers that their clever dev team can get this done.

    Agreed, its more like there are mature people that can go find something else to do with their time, and then there are people who sit here blubbering about their login difficulties for hours on end. I mean I get being upset about not be able to login, it is a little frustrating, but some people need to grow the F up already and remember it is just a game. They will clear it up and everyone can move on with their lives..and if anyone is really that upset about it just move on to a different game..heck come back in 2 months or something if your still interested in playing but dont want to deal with the login problems.

    That said I have been able to login every single day that I have wanted to play..so I'm not seeing how some people can NEVER login. Yeah its a little rough if your trying to login during the peak hours on a weekend when everyone and their brother is also trying to play. I think SE could have prepared a little better for the number of users who found their way onto the game..but in all honesty I think many people came back for the free period and will be weeding out of the game within the next 2-4 weeks as their free periods go away.

    If acting my age is being a fanboy..than I guess I am a fanboy.

    There's nothing wrong with being upset that you can't use something you paid for. No one here is calling for SE to be 'shut down' or threatening people's lives over this. But people are rightly upset. I paid 40 dollars for a game I cannot use. It's like paying your favorite musician for a blank CD of music. Yes this will get sorted out, but I've never had to deal with buying something I have absolutely no use for.

    No one here is, but a quick look at the forums and you can easily find many threads calling for the jobs of anyone associated with this launch or even class action lawsuits. Trust me, I totally understand being a little upset..heck everyone is certainly entitled to that right when you have trouble logging in. However, some of it is excessive and downright childish.

    Here is a little bit of a comparison from people who are mad about SE selling them a product/service and not delivering. I used to work for a large Cable Company who provided high speed internet service. That company sold a product and a service...and no it didn't work ALL the time. There are a reason that cable techs..and I.T. specialists have a job...its because this stuff isn't fool proof and it does require maintenance and troubleshooting.

    If my cable or satellite goes out, that does not entitle me to the right of a class action lawsuit. I am sure hidden in the agreement that everyone had to agree to..it says something to the effect of the online service is not guaranteed to work 24/7 365 days a year and that at times there will be problems.

    All I am saying is to have a little patience..if you or anyone else wants to complain than go for it if that's what you want to do. Just know that it looks childish and makes anyone doing it look like a loser who cannot get off their PC for more than a few hours.

    The same thing happened with Hiromichi Tanaka during 1.0. People were asking for his head on a platter when he was trying to share artistic vision. I realized his vision didn't exactly turn out to be the greatest thing ever, but the original game did have good points and there was fun to be had. People aren't taught to handle situations in a calm, rational manner. Most would rather emulate a TV sitcom where it seems to be more fun to make trouble for everyone.

    People have a right to complain when a product isn't as advertised. And no it's not childish or "entitled" (which people LOVE to throw around without warrant). Patience only goes so far when everyone states; "It's only closed beta.. get over it and get some patience", "It's only open beta.. get over it and get some patience", "Hey it's only launch week.. get over it and get some patience", "Hey it's only the first couple of months.. get over it and get some patience".

    It just doesn't work out. We'll see if Square does fix anything this week but if it doesn't work out then I am curious to see what peoples attitudes will be like .

    Congratulations, I guess...I haven't been able to log in for three days now. 1017 every single time, no matter what time of day or night I'm trying to play. I even tried at 3:30 this morning (middle of the night diaper change for newborn twins) and still got the "World Is Full" message.

    I've talked about the game with quite a few people and my advice to them is to wait a few weeks before purchasing the game to see if SE gets some of the issues taken care of. The game is fantastic when you can get in, but since you can't, there's really no reason to buy it right now. Hopefully tomorrow's maintenance can fix a few things, but I'm not holding my breath.

    Being entitled over something thats...entitled to you. Hmmm....

    Also if it happens every MMO, you'd think they would learn?
