    I thought there was an announcement that chat support was going to be extended through Saturday and Sunday? Chat is saying it's not available for me

    It will be, but from 12 pm to 5 pm pacific time. We have another ~ 2 hours till they open. From what I've heard its Sat and Sun but they are closed Monday for holiday.
