I know the moderator can't do anything more about it, but I'd agree I'd probably refrain from "please be patient" when you have people who have been waiting for days and treated like shit from the lack of any real customer support.
I am unable to play the game I paid for because I have been prompted to enter a registration code and the one they emailed me is invalid!! I cannot find any sort of live chat or customer support number anywhere! I've submitted 3 emails only to be told I might get a response within the next 48 hours. I'm about to contact my credit card company and cancel this order. It's so sad because I was really excited about this game but the lack of support and the fact I cannot play after I have paid is enough to make me not want to devote anymore of my time and money to it.
What I don't understand is with all the issues people are having, why haven't they extended the hours of the support center. With an issue this large it would be smart for them to offer overtime to the support staff and have the support center open 24hrs until the problem is fixed.
The impenetrable maze that is the support website makes the official way a joke. "not removing?" you should be thanking the people who provided the link because they are the ones actually help people getting in touch with whoever fix this issue.Hi all,
My apologies to everyone who is still having this problem and did not receive help so far. Please believe me, everyone here is working as hard as they can to help you. Unfortunately, due to the sheer number of inquiries, this takes longer than we would like and we fully understand that you are not happy with this situation.
To give you a better idea of what is happening with the chat, I'd like to confirm two things:
EU support helping US customersIt is not possible for EU customer support to help a US customer or vice versa. For data protection reasons, each region's customer support only has access to their own customers' information.Using a link to contact Square Enix directly via chat
- The link posted earlier in this thread is not an official way to contact Square Enix and the only reason why we have not removed all references to it yet is that we want to help you as fast as possible.Again, we're doing everything we can to help you as fast as possible but many of you will, unfortunately, still face waiting times over the next days.
- By using this link, you are bypassing parts of our support system and you may end up waiting in a chat queue for hours, simply because the chat is officially closed at that time and there's no one in the office to take your chat.
I know this is much to ask but please be patient and hang in there, we will help you!

The official way of square-enix is "please understand".
If it takes two weeks like they said it might ._.; i just hope I get back my lost time on my collectors edition. I'm not too mad about it, but it'd be nice ._. you know?? Or at least something to make up for it since we did technically pay for that one month by buying the game itself.
why wait....go ahead and get loud nowWell, considering we've only been here for... half of one, tops? I, for one, am willing to give them today to start getting their shit together and handling this properly. If they still fuck around with us today, then I'm going to start getting very... loud... about my complaints.
You think when this post gets 1000+ pages there going to lock it down o.0
Btw is there chat support on the weekend or do we have to wait till monday?
