I don't think that all escalations (or customer service reps) are created equal. I did the same and called the minute the UK lines opened. Got my ticket escalated but still not fixed.Adding to the list of FIXED posts! I'm an EU player so they're definitely going through everyone who calls/chats. Mine got fixed 8 hours after calling up (which had no wait time, I called right as the lines opened for the day, so even tho I half way around the world from the UK it didn't cost much). Account 1 now shows 31 days remaining with BOTH pre-order and CE rewards included. Account 2 is still there, but they said they will be deleting them:
