    I've been on hold for 4 hours while trying to reach someone on the phone. I'm giving it 30 more minutes, I can't afford to drain more minutes on a pointless call. I understand it was my mistake, and boy am I paying for it... This is horrible.

    Been trying to contact them since yesterday though live chat. Everytime its my turn in the que error pops "No available Agents right now". Is this some kind of sick joke?

    Just want to reiterate this, filed a ticket on the 27th after locating the form after trying to call since the 26th. Got into a livechat yesterday and had my ticket escalated, he even had trouble finding the ticket. Still no fix. ;-;

    Chat is broken. I want to say you have about a 5% chance to actually connect to someone after being next in line and waiting. It will probably tell you there is no one available to assist.

    I gave up on calling. so just using the live chat for now. gives me time to cook and do things I need to do. I may just let it go and next week put in a ticket every day hoping one of them will go though. not even sure if the others I submitted are still open or not.
