Urg They also don't read the message. I set it up earlier so that I opened a chat with every single detail about my problem in the 'details' part of the ticket and begged them to do it while I'm at work without me being there to talk to them. It actually went through. But still no go, they just said hello hello and then abandoned the ticket x.X

Adding to the list of FIXED posts! I'm an EU player so they're definitely going through everyone who calls/chats. Mine got fixed 8 hours after calling up (which had no wait time, I called right as the lines opened for the day, so even tho I half way around the world from the UK it didn't cost much). Account 1 now shows 31 days remaining with BOTH pre-order and CE rewards included. Account 2 is still there, but they said they will be deleting them:

Go for the gold! Unfortunately for me, my battery was running out after 2 hours letting it ring on speaker. I plan on trying again next week when I hope things have calmed down with server problems and people tying up lines calling about that.. which I assume is the case.

From escalation to mine being fixed was under 6 hrs. Checked this morning and all good. Really seems random.
