    Adding to the list of FIXED posts! I'm an EU player so they're definitely going through everyone who calls/chats. Mine got fixed 8 hours after calling up (which had no wait time, I called right as the lines opened for the day, so even tho I half way around the world from the UK it didn't cost much). Account 1 now shows 31 days remaining with BOTH pre-order and CE rewards included. Account 2 is still there, but they said they will be deleting them:

    We are happy to inform you that we have moved your Standard Edition/Collector's Edition registration to the desired service account.

    As this is a one-off replacement, we will not be able to handle any further such requests.

    I don't know where you're getting 2 weeks from but if you read my full post I said it could already be at least 3 days prior to escalation which brings me personally to 6 days waiting at least. It could very well be far longer from the looks of it which is even more unfortunate for those still in line. There are people who had their ticket escalated hours after me and have already got the fix so god knows how long it could take. I'm not complaining about one day less. It's already been an on going issue for 4 days with no real update so I think I have the right to voice my annoyance at this point. We are all in the same boat here.

    I called 1-858-790-7529. I called via Skype and just spammed re-dial until I got through. After about 10-15m I got through and to their phone tree. I believe I pressed 2 and then 1 and have been in the queue ever since.

    At this point, I don't think anyone is going to pick up.

    I don't think that all escalations (or customer service reps) are created equal. I did the same and called the minute the UK lines opened. Got my ticket escalated but still not fixed.

    Ugh, going on hour 2 of being on hold. I have things to do, but want to play this weekend. This stinks. I can't believe how unprepared SE seems right now. Not enough room on the servers for all the players. Bad early access codes. A convoluted system for registering a purchased game. Hours and hours of waiting on hold to talk to a person to fix it up. Deadlines that they refuse to move. Weren't issues like this a big part of the reason why they first version of the game failed? Oh, how history is starting to repeat itself. I feel bad for those who put their heart and soul into creating a fun game; all their efforts are being flushed down the toilet.

    Same thing here and others have claimed the same thing so you are probably right. Time will tell.
