GIL Sellers Are on The Rise

Got gil sellers spamming in Ul'dah on my World. Now more than ever, I'm hoping they implement a "report for abuse" button. And my World is currently full so I can't log in. I cringe at the thought that some gil seller is taking up a slot I could be using for active playtime. SE do something please, get some active admins on NA/EU servers ASAP. This is beyond retarded...

Eh, whenever I get a gold seller whisper me in a game (I play enough MMOs apparently), I quickly respond with 'Free Tibet!!' .

I have more gil than I can use and I've just been following the main storyline quests and a few on the side with a few dungeon runs. I think players are able to earn enough gil and I don't think gil sellers will last because I don't see the need for them really. I hope this is the case!

There will always be gilsellers. Regardless of how quickly people can make gil. SE just needs to look at the logs, see the people with random letters in the name, and just kick/ban them. Remember, it costs them money to make more accounts, because they have to buy the game.

Well I haven't had any RMT spammers on Ridill but I did.. for some unknown reason get an RMT in our dungeon run.


He had all whites below level 20. was not registered in a grand company had not a single other class unlocked besides his level 50 Thaumaturge hadn't even bothered to unlock black mage.

and would use roughly one skill per 10 seconds. I couldn't find a place to report him

we of course couldn't kick him from group either. Which is an issue I feel needs to be addressed.

I actually got a tell from one on Durandal. Was probably just a NA/EU World Refugee who was in dislike for the current situation tho lol.

Saw one spamming /shout in Gridania yesterday and today i got whisp... Would be really nice if we could ignore and report by right clicking their names in chat!

I'm just suprised someone has a hack for ffxiv...only way i can see it happening so fast is if a RMT got into beta...cuz 2 weeks to write a code if they have EA is way to short.

Gil sellers around since Beta of FFXIV 1.0. Some of them DO have CE, so now surprises here.
