GIL Sellers Are on The Rise

Just logged in and there are two bots spamming chat from two different gold selling companies. They are literally spamming chat every 30 seconds each. You can't even read what actual players are saying before the spam pushes their text off screen.

Their names are:

Erasmus Greavert
LIIIIIIIIIIIIII or Lllllllllllllll with 14 I's or lower case L's
Hard to tell if it's capital I's or lower case L's

I'm on Coeurl.

Please ban these scumbags!

P.S. is there an easier way to report these gold sellers in game?

the sad thing is with all the Server login issues we are experiencing, I can see the gilselling option, powerlevelling something people may look to, to 'catch up' with friends.

rampant gilselling was one of the primary reasons I stopped playing FFXI, I very much hope they take a proactive approach to this issue.

I am using the in-game System to report every Gil seller i see in the chat log as a Cheater.

I started getting /tells from these bastards recently as soon as I get one they are instantly reported, these guys really grind my gears. I am quite capable of making my own money tyvm hell, I don't use cash shops for f2p games lol I just do those stupid surveys for free points and then sell my shit lol only f2p I play now tho is digimon masters online, cause I love me some digimon lol

how do you actually report them? I've blocked them, but I see no option for reporting. I was surprised, 2 of them had NORMAL names...the rest were all like kaljfdlkaj kjwelkjrwl. So annoying...

5 pages and nobody even thought to talk about reporting the RMT? In the game it's "Support Desk" -> "contact us" and they also have a page on the SE management somewhere in the contact us page.

SE will never do anything if they don't get report, it's not like there is a GM monitoring every area of every server. And It's not because SE didn't do much (they still banned them but slowly since the game was.. err you know) about RMT in v1.0 that they won't do anything in ARR.

Pretty sure most if not all of these gil sellers don't actually have no gil to sell excluding the RMT from 1.0....SE really dropped the ball with those, I remember seeing one levebotter go on for months, till the end of 1.0.
