DRAGON POPPERS

2 Dragon Peppers
1 loaf Walnut Bread
1 wedge Blue Cheese
1 stick Salted Butter

Directions:

• Grind up a loaf of stale Walnut Bread, put on plate. Reserve 1/4 cup.
• Cut off tops of Dragon Peppers (use gloves!) and scoop out seeds
• mix reserved 1/4 cup crumbs with Blue Cheese, stuff inside peppers.
• Roll peppers onto plate w/ bread crumbs to coat, Fry in melted butter.

serve hot (lol) and watch as the madness ensues! (keep some Aldgoat Milk handy for the burn!)

If you've been logging the forests or fishing the many bodies of water in Eorza, you no doubt have an abundance of Kukuru Beans and Malm Kelp. These items, especially the Kukuru Beans, have been somewhat neglected in the culinary field up until now!

Prepare yourself for a delicious use for the stacks and stacks of Kukuru Beans you no doubt have in your inventory. This meal also makes use of the Malm Kelp which you may catch while fishing on those days when you decided lures and bait weren't important.

Kuku-Kelp Salad

Description
A delicious and healthy salad made with onions, tomatoes, and kelp topped with a perfect splash of olive oil and dark vinegar.

Directions
First procure some La Noscean Lettuce and mix it up in a bowl. Next add some chopped Wild Onions, diced Ruby Tomatoes, and strips of Malm Kelp. Finally, add Olive Oil and Dark Vinegar to your liking and serve chilled!

1 Kupo Nut Charm
1 Sticky Rice
1 Malm Kelp (or seaweed)
1 Ash Tuna
1 Salt Leek
1 Carnation
1 Desert Saffron
Yields: 4, HQ: 6


① Take the Sticky Rice and combine with the Desert Saffron so as to give the rice a yellow hue.
② Crush the Kupo Nut, Salt Leek, and chopped Ash Tuna meat together in a bowl.
③ Put the Ash Tuna mixture onto ¾ of Sticky Rice and shape into a ball. Then form into a triangular shape.
④ With the remaining ¼ of the Sticky, form two smaller triangles for the ears.
⑤ Cut the seaweed into shapes for the mouth, eyes, and a rectangle for the bottom cover.
⑥ Take the Carnation and pluck a few petals from it, decorating around the ears of the moogle nigiri.
⑦ Finally, poke the Carnation into the top of the nigiri. And there you have it, a KupO-nigiri!

Long ago when the ages of the peace was vast and the young flower maidens of the Black Shroud could speak softly to and with elementals, there was a great delicacy used in celebrations of the last frost to the blossoming spring. So often than not at the time, the moogles from within the depths of the wild forest, would come to assist in the celebrations bearing charms that would delight and excite all who ingested these rarities.

Soon after, these moogle charms were unified with the wonderful eastern nigiri dishes, that the young maidens would create, and in honor of the elements that dictate Eorzean life and the moogles who helped host the celebrations, the KupO-nigiris were created.

Chefs and restaurateurs from all over sprang to create their very own versions of the KupO-nigiris (minus the Kupo Nut Charm) and the new Eorzean delight was enjoyed by the masses.

However, the great Empire had its eyes on destroying the mooglicious peace and many ages after the cataclysmic ‘event’ in Mor Dhona, this small, edible enchantment was forgotten.

But then recently since the 6th Umbral Era, and the return of King Moggle Mog, these nut charms were rediscovered. Alas, Prudentia and her dear friend and rival Pulmia, were able to reinvent the delectable KupO-nigiris of so many ages ago.

I've always dreamed of joining the Bismark and becoming a renowned chef, and now that the dream has come true I find myself... wanting. The other cooks here, respectable though they may be, have been aweful to me, not even giving me a decent table to work with! So here I am, stuck cooking on the floor in rags while their scraps of raw discards ruin anything I try to make! Such is life for the newly sown seed, I suppose.

Lately I've been meaning to combine my two favorite foods, bread and onions, into a hearty loaf abundant with flavor. I know that no matter how hard they are on me, nor how many cuts or burns my fingers endure, I'll one day see "Star Onion Bread" on the table of every Eorzean household! But first they need to let me use the oven...

1x Sack of Cornmeal

1x Lalafellin Lentil (Black beans are impossible to find but lentils work)

Plainsfolk Curtido - 12 servings

Tomato Sauce - 12 servings

Rolanberry Galette



1 Pie Dough
1 1/2 cups of Rolanberrys
1/2 Powdered Sugar
1 Tbs Salted Butter, melted
1/3 cup Sweet Cream

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the Rolanberrys and Powder Sugar and set aside.
Dust a work surface flour and roll out the the Pie Dough into a 9 in. round.
Transfer the rolled Pie Dough onto the parchment lined pan.
Now spoon the Rolanberry filling into the center of the Pie Dough.
Fold the overhanging Dough over the fruit and press into a pleated border.
Brush the border with the melted Butter.
Bake the Galette for 30 to 35 min, or until the crust has browned.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Whip the Sweet Cream with a whisk till it form stiff peaks.
Spoon a dollop of the Cream on top of the cooled Rolanberry Galette.
Enjoy!

Ladybug Cookie
A sweet and lovely cookie cut into the shape of a beautiful ladybug said to give the mage beautiful skin by eating these crispy treats.

Duration: 30 Minutes

Ladybug Cookies x4 (Culinary LV48)
*Fire Crystal (x1)
Sunset Wheat Flour
Maple Sugar
Puk Egg
Salted Butter
Mineral Water
Cinnamon
Bubble Chocolate
All-purpose Red Dye

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven for 375'F
2. Mix the dry ingredients Sunset Wheat Flour, Maple Sugar and Cinnamon.
3. Crack the Puk Egg into the dry ingredients.
4. Stir in the Mineral Water, Salted Butter into the bowl.
5. Bat the ingredients until it is smooth.
6. Chill the ingredients in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
7. Take the batter and pour it into a cooking pan with wax paper, please take caution when making beautiful Ladybug Cookies for a small drop.
8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
9. Take it out of the oven and place it to be cool down 5 minutes.
10. Place two bubble chocolates for its eyes.
11. The All-purpose Red Dye to color its wings.
12. Place some Bubble Chocolate on the spots and once your finishing product, it should be similar to a delicious but yet delicate Ladybug.
13. Enjoy- indulge yourself with beauty.
