Now you're about to open up the "transgendered people and concept of 'passability' in the context of public restrooms" can of worms.

There's a place for that debate but it's not here.

I have no plan to bring up Transgendered people in this particular argument.

Sexual harassment laws have nothing to do with marriage equality.

I'm specifically talking about a straight voyeur who is able to view women in a locker room without them realizing it - thus they are not harassed.

I'll ask again:

If a man disguises himself as a woman and hangs out in a woman's locker room - unbeknownst to them - what is he guilty of?
