This is what the Speed Runs are.

And about the “not being good enough to do them”... Well, personally speaking I would have surely tried... if I could. My Job of Monk is automatically left out of the Speed Runs, it's simply not fast enough.
But I'm sure that even if I could participate in this “content”, being an adventurer who likes to do things with no hurry, and considering it required to be spammed, I wouldn't have liked it one bit.

[By the way, this trend of spamming contents should just go as well. Hamlet Defense is another example of wasted content with a good potential... but OK, that's another matter.]

I'd consider the dungeons challenging if they're actually hard to get through, places where you can go in as your favourite Job. Strong monsters, different routes... I could stay here and list all the improvements they could introduce, but with Yoshida's promises I've faith that this time they won't disappoint.
The people on these forums make my head hurt. First, don't talk about how speed runs aren't challenging when you haven't done them. "I'd consider the dungeons challenging if they're actually hard to get through" you haven't even completed av or cc let alone done speed runs on them yet you will sit on here and bitch about them like you know what you are talking about. "My Job of Monk is automatically left out of the Speed Runs, it's simply not fast enough." so speed runs are bad cause you are forced into playing specific jobs(not really true) yet at the same time you only play one job lol?? You should spend less time making qq post about stuff you don't know about and more time actually playing the game.
