Going to school/work, eating, and all that nonsense doesn't equal to game play time though. Also that would be VERY disappointing. I'm trying to be optimistic here.

Ya, besides quests I wonder what other activities will there be for us? I know dungeons, though, I don't really expect dungeons to start post 15, because that's when he wants party play. So, nm hunting?

Based on the quote in your first post it looks like they intend the dungeons TO BE the party play.

I've never approved of an MMO build where the whole point was to rush to endgame. At that point, you may as well skip all the between levels and make there only be 'endgame' content and no grinding necessary. Its called ENDgame for a reason. Where's the game itself?? With the length they imply it will take to reach cap now, I'm hoping it will also mean that there will be plenty to do and enjoy at all levels.

30 hours is like a good length offline RPG.
I hope it's ... well, ... that's a long intro before party play.
I like that Yoshi is considering how to keep new players,
but if the quests involved aren't ... more interesting than standard fetch quests,
then i doubt it will have the desired effect.
