And, i have commented on the topic, but i still dont see how it effects you because you dont even spend time in the game.
What wold anything any one has to comment on a post by you matter to you?
My understanding of the game is fine. I was in alpha and both betas. I got the CE and played it till now off and on, I didn't know we had to have a playing knowledge requirement to post on the forums.... I'll send you my resume in the next few days.

I'm thinking the 30 hour number comes from the start of the character to their first class to 15. So we're looking at intro story quests, getting familiar with the world, various lower level quests, etc... It probably means, for how it was intended to be done, you're looking at about 30 hours to your first 15. Generally things get faster/easier the more classes you level.

Oh dear god, no! That's an average of 2 hours per level. I remember the days of FFXI Dunes going from 10-18 in 8 hours. Now they want it to take twice that long!?

All I can say is, they had better damn well be able to make good on the promise of no grind to end-game, but that's a hell of a lot of content at those rates. -_-
