Should my Jump and Elusive jump both have a filter too. Because I can randomly jump on a weak monster and kill it just for fun. Or elusive jump straight into your crowd.

How about Leg Sweep? I don't need a target for that, just TP, and I can generate that with Invigorate.

Speaking of invigorate. It's annoying to watch people buff in towns, we should be able to turn that off too.

Emote usage as well. I should have to see anyone cheer or wave or any of that - too annoying, it can be spammed!

Normal game jumping is in the above categories, and if they're so annoying that you need a filter for ANY of them, I suggest you toggle the game off.
The difference is; abilities have a use even if they are sometimes not used correctly, emotes are used as a form of expression and can even be used to communicate across language barriers, they are also not assigned to a button on the keyboard.

Jump has no purpose and will be easily spammable and more visible than emotes.

Another point is; while running, if you use an emote you don't see the action, you just see the text in the chat log, however I'm pretty sure if someone is hitting jump while running, they will still be visibly jumping, so that is how they differ.
