actually it does gimp sp overall. get in a group and go fight a mob with multiple different levels and your sp gets severely gimped. we have tested it and can promise it does.

i also seen another person say changing to 50 before the behest changes the mobs. this is also incorrect. my static group i do leves with have tried the us being the only 8 in a behest area and run it as class we are doing leves on one time and then changing to our 50's til it starts and there is no difference in the mobs. a behest can sometimes have 10 and sometimes 50 mobs, but that is not due to the level of the members.
