You know you could have just posted a single post, isntead of 3. Anyway...

Your Journal is not an intuitive window to check things fast on where you need to go. Ideally you would want that info to be at your fingertips easily. Not by cycling through your journal entires to see where the quest even is in the first plase. Is it part of the side quests, or is it some of the other tabs in the journal? Maybe it's in the MSQ?
And when you finally find that it's in the Chronicles of the New Era tab, you gotta read a bunch of text to see where the quest left off and often enough it wont even tell you where the quest is at, it just tells you the location that quest happened in, but it could have left off in a different area. So now you've spent possibly 5 or more minutes just to find the relvant info you want, which means it's alot easierto just google where to go, but if you feel the need to google things, well the game is at fault.

I will actually go check in-game if the journal is helpful at all on this part...

the last quest for the alliance raid 1 is called Jeuno, it ends with the sentence;

"To pass the time, Bakool Ja Ja suggests they go on a journey, exploring the lands of Tural. The two are keen to answer the call of adventure, hopeful the experience will steel them for the battles to come."

And there is no link to where this quest is or where it would start again. You just have to remember that it ended in Tuliyolal.
So no, not even the journal would help you to find the quest location.
