The ilvl 720 gear can be augmented to ilvl 730. Unfortunately only one piece a week. You also have the new ilvl 740 gear you can get from the second portion of the normal raids. Accessories just require one token. You should be able to do the first alliance raid already and they drop ilvl 725 gear. Idk if there is a weekly cap but it's doable. The obligatory grind is part of the game.
