I do not think anything past regular apartments should be demo timer free.

I do feel if someone wanted a much larger "apartment" like a "large" house size one, they pay the same gil for a large house and get a balcony for gardening and lawn chairs like a normal large house, but it also gets a demo timer. Fair play is fair play imho.
