It won't but this is the only way you are guaranteed a housing plot to enjoy tinkering with in Dynamis like I do now with inviting friends over in Seraph and Exodus to use both my homes. People have had these same complaints since housing came out and my suggestion is the only one that works if you want a housing plot now while you continue trying to get one for your main like I did. Now I get to enjoy my main and main alt having their own personal mansions this way. It's not the perfect solution if you only play on one character but at least you will get to enjoy the housing features now and it makes the wait for your main to get their plot much more bearable. I had to wait 7 years for my main to win hers and a year and a half after my main alt got her home in a zero bid lotto when Seraph came out but that final year and a half wait was much better on my mental health until my main won hers :3

Why do I have to make an alt, how does that help my FC?

Benefits of an alt, off the top of my head:
- Experience the MSQ again, sidequests included since those are not saved by NG+
- Perfect chance to learn jobs from scratch, since you even have the sprout icon on top of your head
- If the alt is in another world/DC, access to housing, FC creation, workshop
- More savage/unreal clears and weeklies
- Anonimity, if you want it (to a certain extent...)


If it's a personal then Rinoa's solution is the best you can have for now. If it's an FC... though luck. Keep participating until you win, everyone who got a house had to go through this, or worse.

I'd say there's no anonymity with the stalker cheat thing STILL unpatched, despite the devs claims...

That is why I said to a certain extent. Some measures have been put in place in an attempt to mitigate it, although it's not enough. The only way to get true anonimity is to be on a completely different account and avoid associating with the players you usually hang out with to make it harder for stalkers to be able to guess it's you.

I'm gonna be honest this is just asking for ward housing in a different round about way. That gives you a better version of what's already available.While also allowing you to sidestep the demolition timer while leaving those who already have a plot with the demo timer.

Why do I have to stay subscribed and deal with the demolition timer so you can get a better version of what I have.But the only downside is there's no yard (if no balcony shows). You have 18 slots to work with, (small) vs removing a demo timer in its entirety....

Not really?I just disagree on instant housing. That's really the only thing i'm arguing against.

I like the neighborhood vibe.So i'm going to defend that.
