Failing that, I’d like to see it happen in other cities as well. If it ends up needing to be an entirely new system that somehow can’t be applied to existing apartments, then I think the bonus should be that there’s more variety of locations available.
So you're gonna have apartments that are larger than smalls but costs less , but also don't have a demolition timer?
