Potential Housing Crisis Fix (Includes ability for permanent Housing (Sm, Med, Lrg)

I'm gonna be honest this is just asking for ward housing in a different round about way. That gives you a better version of what's already available.While also allowing you to sidestep the demolition timer while leaving those who already have a plot with the demo timer.

Why do I have to stay subscribed and deal with the demolition timer so you can get a better version of what I have.But the only downside is there's no yard (if no balcony shows). You have 18 slots to work with, (small) vs removing a demo timer in its entirety....

Um no try being a little kinder with your tone, no one would be forcing you to deal with a demolition timer. If this was introduced it would be your choice if you want to deal with that. Anyone doing MSQ and not getting side tracked going to venues and unlocking side content before they finish MSQ would never have enough gil to buy and furnish an house in a regular ward anyways housing is an End Game feature regardless, so if you want a ward where your house can expire so that it's pretty and outdoorsy that would be on you don't make it sound like it's the players fault, who decide they don't want that, it's Squares fault not the players. Nothing stops anyone from moving there, and with permanent housing in Sol 9 it could open up the ability for JUST LIKE APARTMENTS the player to have a permanent Condo in sol 9 while also retaining their current warded house since they would be Apartments with a fancier name anyways.

Also the whole "sidestep" the demolition timer is the whole point it's in the title *Permanent* housing in 2025 this is the ONLY MMORPG that offers player housing that expires, All MMO's that offer housing INCLUDING FFXIV are instance wards or not.

I still have my house on Runescape, and I stopped paying for that game in 2011/2012.

So you're gonna have apartments that are larger than smalls but costs less , but also don't have a demolition timer?
