Do you really need japanese for PROGRAMMING/GAME DESIGN X CLASS DEALS Y DAMAGE WITH Z ABILITY? C++/their tools are japanese language only? It's not hard to learn english too aswell.

If you're working in Japan, with Japanese people, for a Japanese company, you understand that you have to speak Japanese outside of just coding and programming stuff ?
