I can only speak for the group I cleared with. We politely explained our purpose on every occasion and provided an invite to our discord if they expressed interest in joining future runs. In almost all of these cases players were co-operative and stepped out. Some of them even joined the future runs. It's a good experience when there are actual courteous, social people involved in these situations.
It's pretty obvious they intended for anyone who'd reached a certain point in OC to join in with the content, that's why it's designed to allow that to happen.

I'm having to repeat myself again and tell you that it's not courteous to ask people to leave an instance that they have earned their right to because the 'elite few' who have cleared it and learned the mechanics now believe that those in the same position that they were in previously i.e being new to a dungeon don't deserve the same courtesy they themselves were given when they played for the first time.
