Goodness gracious. I dread to think what diabolical behaviour you get up to in public if the only thing regulating your behaviour is what the letter of the law says. Do you leave shopping trolleys out in the middle of the car park as well?

social/society runs on rules. you cant be societal without rules because that is a defining factor of society
