To Gold Saucer, to your Island, Society Quests, MSQ, Duty Roulettes, Adventuring Forays, etc.
If I am to be so bold, I would argue your complaint ain't the lack of Casual Content, it is the lack of NEW Casual Content.
Mid-Core and High-End players only truly engage on the most Current content, they have no actual appeal to do past content, for it does not equal a degree of progression and challenge unless you impose a lot of restrictions. And, again, this is part 1 of the LL, with more yet to be announced and they did announce Casual content amid the combat things too.
Plus, any content for Mid-Core / High-End players, is content for the Casual playerbase as long as they feel interested in trying it out.
This is a bridge they need to want to cross, this expansion I got my FC, who never stepped in an Extreme/Savage/Ultimate, or even knew their rotations, and we went to tackle the Extremes of Dawntrail.
We got clear in 2h and it was super-fun and chill, I had never done an Extreme while it was current content either.
Can't really complain there's no content when you don't want to engage with the content. We all know the Space-travel thing will not hold people at all, Deep Dungeon 4 will appeal to a niche, and the new Adventuring Foray will also have complaints about difficulty just like Bozja had, and only visited so people can mindlessly grind IF the Relic progression is tied to it. If it ain't? Oh boy, we all know which content Casual people won't be doing then.
