If you are not using holy multiple times in a pull you just have garbage uptime, you aren’t avoiding that with “but glare 4”. It’s 3 GCD’s, even if you use misery in uptime that 7 GCD’s total, you aren’t killing the mobs in 7 GCD’s, you will use holy, that’s all there is to the discussion

You went from "WHM is 1/1000 misery and 999/1000 Holy" to "WHM will still do holy anyway!!!"

You don't read tooltip and criticize everyone else for not reading them.
