I set a macro when I am about to use Superbolide, or I just type in chat, "Imma Superbolide this pack." And I never encounter problems following those. It’s amazing how allergic tanks are to working with others. Coordinate with the healer to try to maximise the effect of your CD’s, if the healer refuses or is unable to coordinate then just move on
If your answer to every single problem you ever run into in dungeons is “buff tanks so I can ignore my teammates” maybe you aren’t as good of a tank as you think you are
The only time I die is when I either pop it without letting the healer know, or the healer is in full dps mode.

Exactly, when the healer knows what’s going on they can more effectively utilise your CD’s, if the healer doesn’t actually know what superbolide does so the macro doesn’t help you can either use this a teaching exercise or just let it no and not use it again for the rest of that particular run
It really doesn’t necessitate constantly buffing the tank CD’s so they can ignore the healers
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess
