The last character that was a man actually sounded really good and wonder if that is her recent voice or pre-transition. If that is her starting point I can see female roles being a struggle.
True on the tone, but I think Ron's meant to be a guy - looks to be the usual anime type where it's this guy witth the soft-spoken nerdy tone. The tone of your voice is sadly a genuine limitation in how many other things are. My voice isn't remotely deep, and since I actually DM quite a bit, I've practiced in an attempt to voice NPCs that aren't just men, but it really does not work on my end. Hell, I can do /gnolls/, but not women. Even in a casual game setting, so professionally, it sadly just makes things far worse. There are absolutely people that can do it, but everything I've seen indicates that Sena can't, at least not without being able to emote much at all.

I don't think the VA work on the on the other roles is bad at all - fine to good, honestly, but someone like Wuk is just not remotely workable. Or Wukable, if you would.
