Honestly, none of these things define someone as casual.
Casual people are people who simply play the game, enjoy whatever they're doing and playing with friends.

- They can be doing ultimates
- They can be doing gatherers or crafting
- They can be running ACT
- They can be doing story content
- They might even be soloing dungeons as WAR and putting healers out of business

The thing is, they are just playing. They are having fun, and not making threads constantly left and right about how the game needs to be changed. Because they're too busy using whatever time they have available that day to spend it on the game to have fun.
Whatever "fun" is for them at that point.
