Then why can't you handle the mobs?
All Roles are DPS supposedly.

What do you mean I can't handle the mobs? When I tank I pull and tank everything including those DPS and healers pull for me in the off chance that they somehow manage to run ahead.
I don't whine like a baby when others help me do my job easier ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
