Small update:
I'm still having issues with my game. Only solution I've gotten to work, is enabling FSR and setting the game back to Borderless Windowed mode with 3D Resolution Scaling turned to 75 or below. Game appears a little fuzzy, but the texture quality and shadows are at their highest.
Friends of mine are pitching together to help me save up for a PC. It's the only permanent 'solution' we've come to. It frustrates me a little still, that I cannot play this game to its fullest currently. Hopefully Square addresses our issues, like I've said before. When I do get the PC in the coming months, I'll make another post on if my performance has improved or not. I will also make a post once Tuesday's update comes out.
When you get a PC - I advise avoiding one with an Intel 13 or 14 processor or you're gonna have a bad time stability wise.

I have been suffering micro-stuttering since Early Access, I tried to make a thread about it here. It is comforting to know that I am not the only one with this issue, and I hope Square can rectify this soon.
Like others, the cause of the stutters are inconsistent. I get them randomly in cutscenes, combat, and just existing in the overworld. I tried playing the game on minimum, maximum, and custom graphic settings and the issue persists in all of them. I ran the benchmark before and after early access release and my computer was considered "Excellent", so I doubt it's a hardware issue.
My specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor (3.80 GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Graphics card
32GB RAM.
Same. And your specs are more than good enough, as are mine. I never had anything like this.
I will even just be standing somewhere with nobody around, and then another player will run by me and it stutters and lags. It is ridiculous.
I even tried to lower my quality settings, and ran a dungeon solo and the stuttering just randomly happens making it nearly impossible to even think about actually trying to seriously do any real content right now.
My benchmark results were excellent.

Maybe you got lucky and got a golden sample.
It's not limited to Warframe too, ppl are crashing on all sorts of games and applications.
Well, still the same stuttering problem despite the update... If anyone finds a solution... I really don't know what to do anymore.

same issues here. Ive tried to rollback to the previous nvidia gpu driver again but ive got the same lag issue + now my game stutters more lol
If i'm not mistaken, its mostly people who let the bios "optimize" the OC settings for the CPU. Mine has been set to "follow intel's voltage stock settings" or whatever that option is called. Basically my BIO's is set to not OC the CPU on its own. It's set to 100% intel standards.https://www.theverge.com/2024/7/14/2...games-warframe

The only thing that I have turned on is my memory XMP profile. But even this isn't that egregious. It's 6000mhz ram.
The people with issues are the ones using like 8000mhz ram and letting the motherboard auto OC the CPU as far as I know motherboards add a ton of extra voltage if you allow them to do it and cause many instability issues. I'm not an expert at this but that's my understanding of it.

Sorry, but no. The problem is, Raptor Lake based CPUs degrade very fast over time. They can run fine for months and then they start to crash. And the degradation was also observed even if those CPUs were used in server motherboards. And server motherboards are not overclocked or drive the CPUs with insane power settings. Steve from Gamers Nexus meant in a recent video, that they got some informations what the reason for the degradation is. But they try to prove it first.
Cheers
Question to everyone who has issues. Are you on Windows/PC version or the Steam version of the game?
