I think the problem is that with the majority of games being decided by which team has the premade, along with a general lack of agency when you're 1 player out of 24, it's really difficult to find tricks that encourage people to learn. How about give people a reason to learn instead of stripping rewards entirely from the losing teams? The only thing you'll accomplish with that sort of system is the system collasping on itself. You get rid of those that are bad. Them someone within the remaining group must now become a baddie. Games start to get sweaty, and constant sweaty games aren't fun forcing more to back away until the mode is dead entirely. Very horrible idea.
Blowouts like the one shown aren't because of premades. This would have happened with or without premades because one team had competent players and another team simply gave up. If the dark knight on red had queued into that game solo, the result would have been the same. The games where a premade actually matters are the games that are close.
There is no cheating. I understand a game like this can be frustrating, but blaming it on cheating is not the way. That's just going to get you hoping for a solution that will never come. The poster said their team just stood and waited at spawn. What else could the result have been? Blowouts suck. In those games, try to put less weight on the end score, and more on your personal stats. Trying to get a good place on the damage leaderboard or taking risky potshots isn't just a way to get entertainment, but can also help you improve. Speaking of improving, feel free to reach out to others if you want advice. Have a chat in wolves den, join a discord, watch frontline players who stream. Despite how some people have characterized them, the community has been incredibly welcoming to me, and is generally chill provided you don't try to start something.
I sympathize because I'm also stuck in this cursed server (also I may or may not be responsible for the dynamis "invasion." I just wanted to play with friends...) but my frustrations are much more on the players who only queue for daily bonuses respond with hostility to any attempt to try to help them win.

Blowouts are frequently the result of a well-organized premade, even if half of that blow-out is produced by players seeing the premade and giving up/throwing.Blowouts like the one shown aren't because of premades. How can you possibly say there is no cheating? Cheating occurs in every game mode. My guess is it's not common in FL, but the idea there is none is silly, particularly given the YT evidence that there is.
they ARE because of premades, because the people who tend to premade are the same people who make 37 chat macros to try to lead the frontline around instead of letting it play dynamically, and they're also queueing with 2 DRK and a combination of the various burst jobs.Blowouts like the one shown aren't because of premades. I'm really getting quite amused by this steady trickle or premade members coming here to make their first post claiming that the current situation is absolutely fine.
Tick tock.

This is a really important point that tends to get completely overlooked by premades in general and their commanders in particular. Their assumption is that through aggressive commanding they are doing the rest of the team an enormous favor. That isn't actually how the rest of the team feels at all. No doubt some will be grateful for the quick win a premade invariably produces. Many of us prefer a more dynamic playstyle that does not involve taking orders from a self-appointed Napoleon.they ARE because of premades, because the people who tend to premade are the same people who make 37 chat macros to try to lead the frontline around instead of letting it play dynamically, and they're also queueing with 2 DRK and a combination of the various burst jobs.
Hubris, I swear.
Tick tock.
I've already gave a tip on how to deal with premades: sandwich them. I've only seen one who was able to consistently get out of sandwiches, and that was nearly 5 years ago. Everyone other group gets swallowed alive. Premades are horrible at getting out of sandwiches, let alone avoid them. Find your dominating team and sandwich them the moment they try to farm the other team.
Will I see this being executed though? No. Either everyone is going to farm the last place team and premades take over from there, or someone is going to play the "let then fight" card before being farmed from the more powerful team 5 mins later. If the last place team decides to rage quit then being sandwiched while in second place will be a bonus. I'm not expecting for the above to be used. I'm expecting for another rule change to take place like it has been for quite some time now.
Clearly there are responses. My primary issue is I intensely dislike playing on the same team as a premade, and find the playstyle a premade forces the match down to be boring.I've already gave a tip on how to deal with premades: sandwich them. Honestly, I don't think I can offer you a solution...not with the current kits, rules, and balances that we have. All you can do at this point is pray that Yoshi finds a solution that doesn't screw a group over (which is just a fabled dream). As much as I want more close games I also do not feel like being forced to play solo only with no way of creating your own games. I already deal with this in crystal conflict.
Yeah understood, and I completely get why people want to queue with friends. As I've mentioned before, from SQEX point of view they are simply not going to tolerate the behavior of some premades that takes a 33% par win-rate to 70%+. In other words, the premades are simply too good at what they do. But hopefully some solution can be found that allows all camps to be catered to.Honestly, I don't think I can offer you a solution...not with the current kits, rules, and balances that we have.
