On the other hand, there is also always a lesson to be learned, so you grow as a player and sometimes prepare better for the real end-game, if you want to go in that direction. There might be toxic people that after one wipe might call for a group abandon, so there is a downside... That's just my 2 cents after 15+ years of being a healer main in several MMORPGs
I am afraid the time for that is long past. many in this thread would scream "but what about accessibility!!!" and complain about any added expectation of competence. its been becoming simpler for so long, I am sure subs would drop at the mere hint of responsibility for learning your job.
