There is also a new little thing on Drill that has appeared at the level you get 2 charges of it: the skill suddenly stops being affected by sks, which on its own, isn't a big issue since one can work around by not trying to use it immediately off cd, and it mostly barely impacts the opener at speeds faster than 2.5s.

But I do wonder if it's tied to a system limitation in the code, just an oversight, or actually part of a conscious design choice.
